White Hippos is a brand of Papyrus Publishing Inc., a company registered in Texas, USA. This policy explains what information Papyrus Publishing Inc. ("White Hippos", "we", "us") collects when you visit whitehippos.com or contact us, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, and we don't sell or share it.
What we collect
- This website. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or sign-up forms. You can browse the whole site without giving us any personal information.
- When you email us. We receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this only to reply to you and keep a record of our conversation.
Hosting
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the site and protect it from attacks, Cloudflare processes basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We don't use this information to identify you. You can read Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Buying our books
Our books are sold on Amazon. When you follow a link from our site to Amazon, or buy a book there, Amazon's own privacy notice applies. We don't receive your payment or delivery details.
Sharing your information
We don't sell, rent or trade your personal information. We only share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to help you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email inbox@whitehippos.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our books and this website are made for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
